At FCS Financial, we are more than just a financial services cooperative. We are a part of the communities we serve. Our mission is to support agriculture and improve the quality of life in rural Missouri. We do this by providing reliable credit, resources, and community-focused programs. As a member-owned organization, we are committed to investing in the people and places that make our state great.

Here, you will find information and applications for three of our key community-focused programs:

1. FCS Financial Scholarship Program

Since 2004, the FCS Financial Scholarship Program has supported the next generation of leaders in agriculture and beyond. We are committed to helping the children, grandchildren, stepchildren, and step-grandchildren of our member-owners achieve their higher education goals.

  • Who is eligible? High school seniors who are a child, grandchild, stepchild, or step-grandchild of an FCS Financial member-owner.

  • What is awarded? Up to 35 scholarships of $2,000 each are awarded annually.

  • Purpose: To help students pursue higher education, with a preference for those attending colleges in Missouri and those with an agricultural major.

2. Shaping Rural Missouri Grants

This program empowers the state's youth to create tangible, positive change in their local communities. We provide grants to Missouri 4-H and FFA organizations to fund projects that improve their local areas and foster youth development.

  • Who is eligible? Missouri 4-H and FFA clubs and chapters.

  • What is awarded? $500 grants to fund community improvement projects.

  • Purpose: To assist youth in developing and completing projects that benefit their rural communities, such as building picnic tables, planting trees, or making other public space improvements.

3. Rural Community and Agricultural Foundation Grants

Our Foundation provides funding for long-term projects that benefit the agricultural industry and rural communities. These grants support a wide range of initiatives to improve rural Missouri.

  • Who is eligible? IRS-qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entities, higher education institutions, scientific research organizations, religious organizations, and subdivisions of government.

  • What is awarded? Grants of a minimum of $5,000 for qualifying projects.

  • Purpose: To provide targeted, long-term investments that align with our mission of serving agriculture and rural communities.

We look forward to partnering with you to build a stronger future for rural Missouri.
